Cancellation Policy

At Best Boston Car Service, we understand that plans may change. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:
 

Cancellation Timeframes

- SUV and Sedan Trips (inside Massachusetts): Cancellations within the last 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will incur the full fare.
   - SUV and Sedan Trips (outside Massachusetts): Cancellations within 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in the full fare being charged.
   - Stretch limo, buses, coaches, minivan, and sprinters: Full charges apply for cancellations within 72 hours from the scheduled pick-up time.

No Shows

   - All no-shows will be charged for the full fare, along with an additional 10% admin fee and waiting time charges.

Cancellation Process

   - To cancel your booked trip, send an email to support@bestbostoncarservice.com. Cancellations made via phone calls will not be considered, as calls are reserved for booking and inquiries only.
 
 

Late Cancellations and Refunds

- Deposits paid within 24 hours are considered refundable if cancellation is within this period.
   - Refund requests made after 24 hours from the payment are non-refundable.
   - Chargebacks from issuing banks should adhere to conforming policies.

Reschedule Option

   - Instead of canceling, consider rescheduling your travel to continue enjoying the service paid for, avoiding total costs due to late cancellation notice.
