Terms & Condition


At Best Boston Car Service, we operate on a cashless booking system, processing payments and bills through online transactions. The estimated total fare, including gratuities and overall charges, is displayed for each booking. Waiting time rate, stops, parking, and toll fees are determined after the ride.

Rate Policy

1. A 20% gratuity is included in the fare.
2. A 10% admin fee is added to the base fare.
3. $50 fee for Airport Greet Service.
4. $20 fee for stops plus waiting time.
5. $20 additional fee for pick-ups between 11:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
6. Two-way tolls, airport charges, and parking fees may apply.

Child Safety Seats

We don't provide child car seats; passengers must bring and install them in accordance with laws.

Deposit Guidelines

For Sedan, SUV, Limos, Vans, etc., a 30% deposit is required upon booking, refundable within 24 hours.

Additional Terms

Event Services invoiced hourly; billing starts upon departure until return. We're not responsible for delays or damages.

Limo Out-of-Pocket Charges

Expect tolls, parking, airport fees in the invoice for Limo services.

Pet Protocol

Pets allowed; larger than 15 pounds must be caged. Service animals exempt.

Waiting Time

Charged at $1.50 per minute; grace periods provided based on pickup type.

Cancellation or Reschedule Guidelines

Email cancellations to Charges apply for late cancellations.

No Shows Policy

Total cost plus 10% admin fee collected for no-shows; additional waiting time charges may apply.

Guarantee Approach

We guarantee service satisfaction. Trusted affiliates handle trips when we're out of service.

Changes on Reservation

Contact customer service for changes. Smoking, spills, alcohol restrictions apply. We're not responsible for lost items.

Pick-Up Directions

Follow instructions for respective terminals to meet your driver at the designated limousine area.
